We will kick things off by brainstorming your ideas and solidifying your podcast concept, goals, and launch timeline.

Strategising

We will take all of these ideas and put together a sustainable strategy so that you're set up for success from the get-go.

Creation Phase

This is where we will spend the bulk of our time working. We work together to create any areas of your podcast that you want my input on. This could include your podcast artwork, episode planning, content strategy, guest outreach and onboarding, and setting up your tech and tools (for example podcast hosting platform and podcast directory submission).

Action Plan

We develop a personalised action plan for you to confidently implement after the VIP Day, so that you're not left in the dark and know exactly what steps to take to continue seeing success.

About Your Coach
