Ep 4: Why You Shouldn’t Use Zoom to Record Your Remote Episodes (and what to use instead!)

In this episode, we are delving into the world of recording interviews remotely for your podcast. After all, for most podcasters, it can be quite rare to be sat physically in the same room as your podcast guest when interviewing them for your show.

Most podcaster’s go-to for recording remote interviews is Zoom. Zoom is a great platform, however, it was never designed to record and publish podcast audio. So instead, I’m recommending another platform that is 100% free and does not have the same time and audio limitations that Zoom does. I’ll give you some insider podcasting tips on Zencastr and why it’s better to record your episodes than Zoom.
